Public-Private Partnerships (P3s) represent an innovative approach that brings together government agencies (federal, state, local) with private investment/resources, to tackle public need across infrastructure sectors. New P3 projects will create jobs, improve quality and efficiency of delivery for goods and services, strengthen competiveness and sustainability of communities.
